Privacy Policy

• Account information. Your email address and name when you create an account, subscribe to updates, or contact us.
• Purchase records. When you buy a tool, dataset, or service, payment is processed by Stripe. We keep the purchase record (what was bought, when, and the entitlement it grants); we do not store your card details — Stripe does.
• Uploaded analysis data. Data you upload to run an analysis (for example HRIS extracts, compensation data, or survey responses) is scoped to your tenant. It is used to run the analyses you request and is never shared with another customer in identifiable form.
• Support tickets. The name, email, and message you submit through the support form, so we can reply and track resolution.
• Operational logs. Standard request logs (route, status, latency) used to keep the services healthy.

To provide the tools and analyses you request, fulfill purchases, answer support requests, and improve the services. Where client data contributes to cross-customer benchmarks, it does so only as aggregated statistics that pass a minimum group-size gate — never as individual records.

• We never sell personal data.
• We never disclose individual-level results below the minimum group size (min-N). This gate is enforced in the platform itself, not just in policy: team-level rollups check the min-N threshold before anything is shown or shared.
• We never use one customer's identifiable data to serve another customer.

We run on a small set of infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Clerk (authentication), and Resend (transactional email). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.

Account and purchase records are kept while your account or entitlement is active and for the period required for tax and accounting. Uploaded analysis data is kept while your tenant is active; you may request deletion at any time. Support tickets are kept to maintain service history. When data is deleted, aggregated statistics that already passed the min-N gate remain aggregated — they cannot be traced back to individuals.

These services are operated from the United States. This policy and any disputes under it are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA.
